Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully carefully the T&Cs as they contain important information. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply the service to you, namely the hire of the party bus with driver.

    If we may need to contact you we will do this by telephone or writing to you at the e-mail or postal address you provide to us at the time of booking.

    What information you must supply?

    • The date on which you require the party bus hire

    • Duration

    • Pick-up time and location

    • End destination

    • Number of passengers (maximum of 16 per bus)

    • Contact telephone number

    • Email address

      How we will accept your booking

      once you have selected your date and time of booking and paid your deposit via the website, we will send a booking information email. This will include a few questions about your booking requirements, once this is returned to us with all information required you will receive a booking confirmation with the remaining balance attached as an invoice.

      It is your responsibility to check the booking confirmation is all correct any discrepancies found should be communicated to us as soon as possible.

      Your right to make a change

      You may request a change to your booking up to 72 hours prior to your service date, you must do this in writing via email. We will then confirm if the change is possible and let you know if there will be any extra charges for the change.

  • To reflect changes in relevant law and regulatory requirements

  • To implement technical changes adjustments or improvements

  • If agreed terms and conditions have been broken

3. Price and payment

  • A deposit of £50 will be taken on booking

  • The remainder of the balance will be due 48 hours before the date of service.

    How do we accept payment?

    The remaining balance of the booking must be paid via bank transfer or cash may be accepted on the day of booking if previously agreed at the time of booking.

    If additional services such as vip club access, extra time on the bus, or extra refreshments are requested there may be additional charges.

4. Fees costs and charges included in your booking

  • All bookings for this service are based on an hourly rate for the bus including a driver & limited stocked drinks while on board.

  • Unless agreed otherwise the booking will not include tickets, VIP club access, parking, or any other extras.

  • All bookings include a maximum of 15 mins per booking waiting time, for your arrival after that you will be charged or your time deducted from your time on the bus.

    What to do if you think your invoice is wrong.

    Contact us as soon as possible via phone or email to get the issue resolved.

5. Providing the services

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, if your service is affected by a delay we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • If we are unable to provide you with your service, for a reason beyond our control we will do our best to assist you with travel. If we cannot help you in any way then a full refund will be given

  • If we have to suspend service for any reason we will try to contact you well in advance unless the problem is urgent or an emergency.

  • We may also suspend services if you do not pay us for services by the allocated time required unless other arrangements have been made at the time of booking.

    What will happen if you do not provide the required information to us

    If the information required is not given, we will send an email reminder requesting it, if the information is then still not provided we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit.

6. Your responsibilities during the provision of service

  • Do not load the bus beyond the agreed capacity

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all passengers are accounted for.

  • Your responsibility

  1. A) Passengers damage any part of the bus (inside equipment or outer bodywork) if any damage happens during the service you will be charged.

  2. B) No smoking on the bus.

Our responsibilities

  • The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times and reserves the right to remove any passengers whose behavior is deemed unacceptable or breaks the terms and conditions.

  • We always use reasonable effort to ensure that the provision of our service is trouble-free, however, you do have a problem or complaint with the service you receive please contact us via email at info@lasvegastravel.co.uk

7. Your rights of cancellation

You can always end the contract before services have been paid for, you may contact us at anytime up to 48 hours before the date of service to cancel your booking, but in some circumstances, you may occur charges.
All deposits paid are non-refundable, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice charges of at least 50% of your booking will be charged.

8. Our rights to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your service if any of the terms and conditions are broken or payment is not made in the required time agreed upon at the time of booking.
